Shipments are made by courier: The courier SDA makes the first delivery without notice. In the absence of the customer, the courier will leave a note and retries the delivery within 24 hours in case of further absence, is again left warning and the customer is contacted by the carrier for the third attempt.

If this is also not to be successful, the customer will be contacted by Erre-Sc with which define the details of the delivery. If the fourth attempt does not succeed, the goods will be made to Erre-Sc, resulting in cancellation of the order and charge shipping.

Delivery time
Delivery in 24h for north and central Italy-2/3 working days for South Italy and the islands (times refer from delivery to courier you do not have time to escape the product)

The delivery times indicated in the individual product sheets are merely indicative and are not in any way binding.

Cost of transport
Shipping charges are added to the total ordered and are automatically calculated at the end of purchase.

Receipt of goods
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check.
that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.
That the packaging is not damaged, or wet or otherwise altered, including the sealing materials (adhesive tape or)
Any damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or particulars, must be immediately reported to the carrier making the delivery, by adding the word'' reserve'' commodity inspection on the appropriate document.

Warning: if you accept without affixing the necessary reserves the goods delivered by courier, you can not in any way claim any shortages or dannegiamenti due to transport at a later time to Erre-Sc but exclusively to the carrier.
